Frequently asked questions

How do I book a photography session?


First inquire about your photography needs. We will consult about your idea and once you've decided I'm a great fit for your photography needs your date will be selected.




How do I pay my deposit?


Accepted forms of payment are through cash, Paypal and CashApp. If you need to use another form of payment please contact me. Accomadations for payment aren't guaranteed.




Are deposits refundable?


Deposits are non-refundable. Upon booking your photography session I ask that you are certain about the time and date. Potential clients are denied once a date has been booked.




How soon will I recieve my photos?


Photos will be emailed to you in a gallery 48 hours after your photography session. These will be unedited images in which you will select that allotted amount of favorites to be edited. After you have selected your photos edited digital images will be emailed to you within 1 weeks time.




How soon will I recieve my final edited photos?


Your edited photos will be sent to you in a private gallery 2 weeks after you have selected your favorite photos.




Can I request extra edited photos?


Yes. Extra photos can be added onto your package at $25 per edited image.




How long do our pictures remain in the gallery?


Your photos will remain in the online gallery for 2 weeks. You are responsible for downloading your images and saving them. After the 2 weeks the gallery will dissapear.




What if I'm late?


Life happens, so we allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes has passed at the agreed upon time you will be charged a $25 late fee for the first 30 minutes you're late. Anything beyond an 30 minutes of your scheduled session time will result in a cancelation fee of $100. For example: Scheduled shoot - 5:00 ... Grace period - 5:10 ... Late fee - 5:30 ... Cancellation fee of $100 at 6:00




Can I get money back if I don't like any of my pictures?


No. I would hope that all of my clients love their photos, however, clients recieve digtial images that can't be taken back. Photography is a subjective art form and we encoruage all potential clients to view our recent work to see the style of our art before booking.




What if I need to reschedule?


If you need to reschedule you need to contact me via email or text 72 hours prior to your shoot. Your deposit will be counted toward your reschedule date. If you fail to inform me within the 72 hour time period there will be a $50 fee to reschedule. Be advised that you can't be scheduled on a day another client has already booked.
